* Take bread and cut it in two pieces

* Then deep fry it in ghee

* Make Rabri

* Boil the milk till it changes its colour and cook it slowly till the milk thickens

* Add half teaspoon cardamom powder and one quarter sugar in the milk

* Roast dry fruits and add them in the Rabri

* When the Rabri is ready, apply it on the deep fried bread

* After that decorate it with dry fruits

* Then put it in the fridge for 1 hour and then taste the perfect Tukda
